If you would like to request a prescription for replacement CPAP supplies, please call our office during business hours or e-mail your request to danny@sleepdoctor.com. You should receive a reply to your email within one business day of receipt of your email. 

For patients of The Sleep Disorders Center of Central Texas: if a substantial period of time has elapsed since you were last seen by one of our physicians we may request you first schedule an office visit before we provide a prescription for additional CPAP supplies.
