Product Details

The ULTepap from Bryggs Medical is an expiratory positive air pressure device that does not require a hose or PAP machine. Both nasal cushions feature patented Rashidi-Sleeper valves that collapse when you inhale and inflate when you exhale. Your breath travels through a series of small grooves, creating back pressure and expanding your airway in the process. Soft, elastic headgear holds the cushions in place.

This starter kit contains standard-size headgear, cushions in three sizes, and a travel case.

We recommend this product for:

  • People with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea
  • Adults who weigh more than 66 lbs.
  • Those who have not responded well to traditional PAP therapy.

Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

    Has potential

    I've tried using the ULTepap for a week and have been unable to fall asleep wearing it. It's comfortable and seems like it generates pressure, but it is difficult to inhale, so I feel like I'm not getting enough air. Since it's so much work to breathe, I'm not able to sleep. I'll keep trying to make this work because it would be great for traveling, but so far I'm tired!
